Refunds & Exchanges
The letterpress printing process by nature produces items with slight variations (color, registration, etc.) which provides the wonderful charm of a handprinted letterpress item. In addition, colors vary from monitor to monitor. Nevertheless, we want you to be happy with your item, so if there is a problem, contact us and we will work it out! Guaranteed!
We gladly accept returns for damaged items or items incorrectly shipped to you. If your item was damaged during shipment or the wrong item has been shipped, please contact us immediately.
If an item is unable to be delivered (i.e, insufficient address, unable to forward, etc.), we will contact you to inform you of the problem with the shipment. If you do not respond within 72 hours, BLD will initiate a refund, less the shipping cost & processing fee, and cancel the order. Bloom Letterpress & Design will not be held responsible for additional shipping charges incurred if packages are returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, package refusal, or unpaid customs fees.
ORDERS CANCELLED BY THE CUSTOMER AFTER PAYMENT HAS BEEN PROCESSED ARE SUBJECT TO BE CHARGED A PROCESSING FEE. CUSTOMERS WILL BE REFUNDED THE PURCHASE & SHIPPING COST LESS THE PROCESSING FEE FOR ORDERS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN SHIPPED. PROCESSING FEES VARY BASED ON THE AMOUNT OF THE TRANSACTION. BLOOM LETTERPRESS & DESIGN RESERVES THE RIGHT TO WAIVE THE PROCESSING FEE FOR CANCELLED ORDERS AT ITS DISCRETION. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & CONDITIONS (I.E., SHOP POLICIES) UPON CHECKOUT INCLUDES ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF & AGREEMENT TO THIS REFUND POLICY.

Sales Tax
**** New Mexico purchases are subject to a 8% sales tax. **** The total amount of the purchase, including shipping, is taxable for New Mexico purchases.
Shipping
US ORDERS will ship in 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday; no shipping on Saturday or Sunday) via First Class or USPS Priority Mail. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 5-10 days for delivery.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS will ship in 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. Please allow 2-4 weeks for international delivery. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 6 weeks.
