The letterpress printing process by nature produces items with slight variations (color, registration, etc.) which provides the wonderful charm of a handprinted letterpress item. In addition, colors vary from monitor to monitor. Nevertheless, we want you to be happy with your item, so if there is a problem, contact us and we will work it out!
We gladly accept returns for damaged items or items incorrectly shipped to you. If your item was damaged during shipment or the wrong item has been shipped, please contact us immediately.
For all refund requests, we require that you send a photo of the problem to Team BLD prior to issuing a refund, and to make sure any future problems of this nature are avoided (i.e, reporting damage to the postal office). We do reserve the right to ask you to return the item at your shipping cost, prior to issuing a refund if the nature of the damage warrants the return of the item.
