Do you accept custom design and print work?

Yes, we accept custom design and print projects!

How much does custom letterpress and design projects cost?

If you have a custom project in mind, we would be happy to review you project and provide a quote. Please keep in mind, there is a MINIMUM, non-refundable deposit of $100 for all custom letterpress design & print work before the project commences. The actual deposit depends on size of the project, but minimum is $100.

How do I get in touch with Bloom Letterpress & Design about a custom letterpress and design project?

Can you customize an item in your shop?

We can customize items in our shop, but there is a minimum quantity of 100 items and the entire order must be paid in full before printing commences and is non-refundable. In addition, we will only customize for INK COLOR(S) ONLY. No other customization is available for items for sale in the shop.

When will my order ship?

US ORDERS will ship within 1-3 business days via First Class or USPS Priority Mail and should arrive within 5-10 business days. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS will ship in 1-3 business days and should arrive within 2-4 weeks (in rare cases, packages may take up to 6 weeks for delivery).

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Use the link in the email or click here: Track My Order.

Do you offer rush services?

RUSH SERVICES are available. You can select USPS Priority or USPS Priority Express during checkout. We reserve the right to substitute other shipping providers (UPS, FedEx) when necessary to ensure timely delivery.

Where do you ship from?

Since we are located in New Mexico, please be aware that winter months may cause shipping delays due to inclement weather.

Please note: The letterpress printing process by nature produces items with slight variations (color, registration, etc.) which provides the wonderful charm of a handprinted letterpress item. In addition, colors vary from monitor to monitor. Nevertheless, we want you to be happy with your item, so if there is a problem, contact us and we will work it out! Guaranteed!

Do you allow refunds?

We gladly accept returns for damaged items or items incorrectly shipped to you. If your item was damaged during shipment or the wrong item has been shipped, please contact us immediately.

What if my package cannot be delivered?

If an item is unable to be delivered (i.e, insufficient address, unable to forward, etc.), we will contact you to inform you of the problem with the shipment. If you do not respond within 72 hours, BLD will initiate a refund, less the shipping cost, and cancel the order. Bloom Letterpress & Design will not be held responsible for additional shipping charges incurred if packages are returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, package refusal, or unpaid customs fees.

How do I request a refund?

For all refund requests, we require that you send a photo of the problem to Team BLD at contact@bloomletterpress.com prior to issuance of a refund and that you report the damage to the appropriate delivery company. We do reserve the right to require you to return the damaged item to our office if the nature of the damage warrants the return of the item.

Is my personal and financial information safe?

Absolutely! We use a certified security protocol for establishing an encrypted link between a server and a web browser that ensures all data exchanged between the browser and the server is secure. This security permits our website and your browser to transmit private and sensitive information without eavesdropping, web forgery, and data tampering. Read more about our security protocols here.

In addition, we use Paypal, as our credit card processing service and never see or store your financial information. PayPal uses data encryption and anti-fraud technology to help keep your information secure, reducing the risk of online fraud. In addition, Paypal has a robust Seller and Buyer Protection programs to address any issues. And, you can use Paypal without establishing an account (i.e., guest checkout).
